Ashish has over 25 years of hands on experience in Commercial Law, Corporate Law and allied Laws. He holds masters degree in Law from USA as well as India. He is also the Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (FCA), 1989 and the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (FCMA), 1989.

Presently, he is the Standing Counsel for the Official Liquidator (Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India) attached to High Court of Delhi. He has been the adjunct professor at Thomas Jefferson School of Law, San Diego, CA, until December, 2014.

He is the Managing Attorney of AMC Law Firm having its head quarters at Delhi. He has several books to his credit and has contributed articles of professional and legal interest in several Journals. He has been on the boards of large public companies as Independent Director.
