Nicolai Thorsted provides general business advice to Danish and international clients primarily assisting them in the negotiation and drafting of agreements, formation of companies, vacation of premises and transfer of business, including restructuring and ownership change. In addition, Nicolai Thorsted helps clients in connection with applications for binding rulings from the Danish tax authorities, procedure and complaints.

Nicolai Thorsted is also the author of several articles in the Danish accounting journal ”Revision og Regnskabsvæsen”, the tax law journal ”Tidsskrift for Skatter og Afgifter” and a number of international magazines.
