Cristiano Travassos is a managing partner at MMA – Mello & Travassos Advogados and the head of its Infrastructure Practice.

Cristiano also has an extensive practice in infrastructure projects, including the construction and operation of logistics, storage and transportation facilities for natural resources, power generation and transmission infrastructure, real estate and industrial complex projects, commodities and marine transport facilities construction and operation.

Mr. Travassos provides strategic commercial advice to local and multinational corporations, joint ventures and consortia. He also advises in acquisition transactions company’ assets recovery and business restructuring from beginning to end, covering due diligence, negotiation and drafting of final contracts and related strategic litigation and arbitration.
