Patricia Barclay founded Bonaccord in 2007 after an extensive in house career in the international pharmaceutical industry which took her all over the world.  She provides comprehensive legal support to science based companies from investment agreements and R&D collaborations to manufacturing contracts and international distribution.  She provides strategic intellectual property advice as well as negotiating and drafting complex IP related contracts.  She also works with clients in the food and drink industry.

She also offers commercial mediation, teaches a number of post graduate courses in IP and entrepreneurship and is an active business mentor
