We are delighted to announce that Rudi Desmet of 'Astrea' has continued his membership of The Lawyer Network. Rudi has remained with the network as our exclusive Labour & Employment member in Belgium.

Rudi Desmet and his team assist their clients in legal issues related to HRM and staffing. The HR Team is specialised in employment law, social security law, immigration and international employment, TUPE, additional pensions and privacy protection.

He has considerable experience in advising, litigation and negotiation (including collective negotiations during a restructuring with collective redundancy) for both national and international clients.
