We are delighted to announce that Ghina Malek of 'Al Khebra Legal Consultants and Lawyers' has joined The Lawyer Network. Ghina has joined the network as our exclusive Corporate member in Kuwait.

Ms. Malek is overseeing the International Division of the firm. Since she joined the firm in 1999, she specializes in the corporate and commercial fields including but not limited to franchising, foreign investment, taxation and agency distributorships, in addition to drafting local and international commercial agreements. Her main area of practice also includes providing consultancy to foreign firms seeking to conduct business in Kuwait and the Middle East on commercial matters and developing aspects of the Kuwaiti Law.

She has acquired extensive professional experience in Real Estate Project Development and Property acquisition in addition to drafting related agreements. Ms. Malek also specializes in local and International Alternative Dispute Resolution such Arbitration, Mediation and Conciliation as well as in the intellectual property and IT matters including counseling and licensing.

She lectured in training sessions and conferences on Franchising in Kuwait, Civil litigation, trademark infringement and authored may law related articles.

Ms. Malek is fluent in Arabic, English and French
