His extensive experience includes international legal assistance in criminal, civil and administrative matters, and recent cases have involved France, Italy, Belgium, Spain, Russia, the United Kingdom and the United States. Marc is also a first-tier lawyer in commercial and banking dispute-resolution and represents clients before Swiss courts at all stages – from first instance through to appeal courts and the Tribunal federal (Supreme Court).
