Tomáš Bělina is an executive director and partner of the law firm Bělina & Partners.  He specializes in commercial law, labor law, dispute resolution and litigation, public procurement law. However, with a Bělina & Partners team of other seasoned and talented lawyers he is well prepared to provide a professional and comprehensive service and assistance in a wide range of other law areas of practice. He prepares contractual and other legal documents, as well as expert opinions. He represents clients in court and arbitration disputes or clients in tender procedures. He has experiences from participation in mergers and acquisitions of foreign investors in the Czech Republic and in legal audits of important Czech and foreign companies. He participated in many legal expertises and preparations of documentation for large property transaction. For a long time, he has also been engaged in consulting in the field of labor law.
