Announcement - New member of The Lawyer Network in Malta

We are delighted to announce that Loredano Agius of 'BOV Fund Services Limited' has joined The Lawyer Network. Loredano has joined the network as our Fund Administration member in Malta.

Loredano Agius joined the Bank of Valletta plc Group through BOV Asset Management Limited in 2004 and subsequently BOV Fund Services Limited upon its incorporation in 2006. He started his career as an Associate within the Finance Division and during the years he continued to advance and started heading the division in 2017.

In 2022, he was also appointed as the Deputy Executive Head of the Company, whilst still heading the Finance Division.

In June 2023, Loredano was appointed as the General Manager of the Company and as a fellow member of the Board of Directors.
