We are delighted to announce that Jorge Almanza Rios of 'InIntegrum' has joined The Lawyer Network. Jorge has joined the network as our Corporate member in Mexico.

He is a candidate to become Federal Public Broker, having completed his notary practices; he was partner at a civil and commercial litigation law firm; he also worked as an associate at a Public Notary office in Queretaro and since 2012 he has focused on corporate practice currently as partner.

During his practice, he has advised important national and foreign clients from the establishment of their operations in Mexico up to all legal matters needed in order to operate and expand their businesses. He has provided legal advice and assistance with corporate matters, M&As, compliance, agreements, acquisitions, development, sale or lease of real estate, foreign investment, energy, due diligence, joint ventures, intellectual property and investment projects.

Jorge Almanza is a founding partner at ICL | Inintegrum CorporaciónLegal where he specializes in corporate law handling all types of corporate matters, he has been involved for more than 20 years in mergers and acquisitions, corporate compliance, foreign investment, joint ventures, international transactions, in the automotive and aerospace foreign investment in Mexico, participating as counsel to various foreign investment business groups within the automotive and aerospace manufacturing industry. Jorge Almanza holds a law degree from Tecnológico de Monterrey, a master's degree in business law from Universidad Anáhuac, and diplomas in Foreign Trade,Anti-Corruption and Compliance. He is currently a professor at Tec de Monterrey teaching the Regulatory Compliance and Corporate Finance.
