Robert Benedikt graduated from the University of Graz in 1996. In addition he studied at the University of Chicago Law School, USA where he was awarded with his Master of Law degree (LL.M.) in 2001. After a practice at the legal committee of the European Parliament (1996) he worked for Schönherr Rechtsanwälte GmbH as associate and junior partner in Vienna and Bucharest.
After his admission to the New York bar he joined the corporate finance group of the renowned law firm Sullivan & Cromwell in New York (2001 to 2003). He speaks German, English and French.
