The Lawyer Network is delighted to announce that Jonathan Burger of 'LexField' has joined the Lawyer Network. Jonathan has joined the Lawyer Network as our exclusive Investment Funds member in Luxembourg.
Jonathan specialises in a wide range of regulated investment funds with a focus on Undertakings for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities (UCITS) and Specialised Investment Funds (SIF) including a specific expertise on private equity and real estate investments.
Jonathan advises his clients on the structuring, setting-up and organisation of UCITS, SIF, Investment Companies in Risk Capital (SICAR) as well on non-regulated investment structures.
Education
Attorney-at-law, member of the Luxembourg Bar, Jonathan BURGER has a degree in Business Law and Tax law, and a postgraduate degree in Tax law (DEA) of the University Paris II Panthéon-Assas and holds a "Doctorat en droit privé" of the University Nancy 2. He also has a degree in Business Law of the Institute of Business Law of the University Paris II Panthéon-Assas.
Professional Experience
Jonathan started his career as a tax adviser at PricewaterhouseCoopers Luxembourg. Before joining LEXFIELD, he developed his career and experience as a senior associate in international law firms established in Luxembourg.
Jonathan works in English and in French.
