According to the Law Society Statutes §59a must be stated that the attorneys:
1) is appointed as lawyers of Justice in Denmark
2) are members of the Law Society,
3) has taken out liability insurance and guaranteed by the Law Society of established rules and liability insurance covers all legal services, regardless of where the law firm exercised
4) do not have contractual clauses applicable law and / or jurisdiction unless this is agreed with the client.
5) Collaborate with others on assistance agreement with the client, and gives the client request information about the measures taken by the Court & Advice Healthy House has taken to avoid any conflict of interest in this regard.
