Fabrizio Iliceto is partner of BVR & Partners since 2011.
His areas of practice are mainly Capital Markets and Regulatory matters, Commercial Law, Corporate Law, Merger and Acquisitions.
Mr. Iliceto Graduated in Law, University of Naples “Federico II” cum laude, 1999 and was admitted to the Bar in 2002.
Mr. Iliceto has impressive experience in operations on the capital markets, including initial public offerings (IPOs) (in Italy and Hong Kong), takeover bids and convertible and unconvertible bonds. He has consolidated expertise in all aspects of company law, and in particular in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), also for the aspects related to the definition of the governance structures and the drafting of the related shareholders’ agreements. His in-depth knowledge and experience of both civil and commercial law, with a particular specialisation in national and international contract law, grants the client a rounded advice. He can boast an international experience, having advised throughout his career large Italian and international industrial and banking groups and having spent more than two years working in Hong Kong S.A.R..
