Attorney Alessandro Spinella is one of the three partners of the law firm Studio Legale Queirolo Colavincenzo Spinella (QCS Law Firm).

QCS Law Firm also carries out its activities through the office located in Milan, Via Silvio Pellico 12, in an historic building in the heart of the city, just next to Piazza del Duomo.
Mr. Spinella is mainly working in the Rome office, and other four professionals are working in his team, since long time and therefore they enjoy a long lasting relationship with the partners and are in a position to take care of the clientele’s needs also autonomously.
Whenever called for by the specific needs of a client, the groups of professionals in Rome and Milan work together, integrating in their respective roles, in order to provide full and efficient assistance to the same. Contacts with clients are centralised and managed by the Rome office, in order to ensure the most effective coordination and to facilitate communications and exchange of information with clients, thus combining quality of service and optimization of costs.
By so conducting its activities, QCS Law Firm is also in a position to interact directly in the Capital city with agencies and departments of the central Government of Italy, with the Authorities for specific sectors (Antitrust, Privacy, Communications etc.); at the same time, it is in a position to provide its legal services to clients based throughout the national territory, also developing contacts and professional relations with entrepreneurial entities located in the regions of Southern Italy.
A large portion of the practice of Mr. Spinella is devoted to legal assistance provided to foreign clients having interests in Italy.
Over the years Mr. Spinella and his team have gained an extensive experience in issues most directly affecting business entities, focusing in particular on Consumer Law (such as product liability, general product safety, sale of consumer goods, etc.) and Distribution Law (i.e. distribution agreements, agency agreements, sales promotion agreements, supply and franchising agreements).
For several years Mr. Spinella held workshops on Consumer Law, Product Liability and Civil Procedure Law.
