Dipak is a senior partner of the firm with an experience of more than three decades. Dipak heads the Project Finance practice at the New Delhi office .He counsels’ large number of domestic and multinational companies apart from several government companies and regulatory authorities. Dipak has acted on several mandates on Public Private Partnership, as well as corporatization or privatization of government arms. He assists Fortune 500 companies on their entry strategy & structuring of their business models.
He has been advising World Bank and OECD for their yearly reports on Doing Business in India and also updates them regularly on the changing scene of Foreign Direct Investment in India.
His practice areas comprise of Project Finance, Corporate & Commercial Matters, Joint Ventures & Acquisitions with a focus on IT, Real Estate and Infrastructure Projects.
He has been nominated as Asialaw 'Leading Lawyer' for Project Finance.
