Editha R.Hechanova is a Litigation Lawyer in intellectual property law and has initiated and completed numerous successful enforcement actions against counterfeiters and infringers. She has also prepared and advised on contracts involving the licensing, transfer, confidentiality and use of intellectual property rights. she also handles corporate law matters, and acts as corporate secretary to some multinational companies doing business in the Philippines.
On Employment law, she has handled collective bargaining agreement negotiations with labour unions. She graduated with the degree of business administration major in accounting. Magna cum laude, from the University of the East and is a Certified Public Accountant, and obtained her law degree and masters in business administration from Ateneo de Manila University.
Ms. Hechanova is an accredited mediator of the Philippine Judicial Academy for court annexed mediation cases with the Court of Appeals. She is a certified trainer of the licensing Executive Society International
