Larry has been with the firm since 1990, and has been a partner since 1994. During his tenure at SKJ, he has successfully tried cases in all of Delaware's trial courts, in such diverse areas as corporate, employment, personal injury and insurance coverage. During the last several years, he also has devoted a substantial portion of his practice to advising both management and employees on employment law issues. In addition, he represents a number of medical practices and physicians on employment and hospital credentialing matters.
Along with employment law and litigation, Larry also regularly handles other types of complex litigation, including the defense of legal malpractice claims and the prosecution and defense of unfair competition claims, including those involving trade secrets and non-competition/non-solicitation agreements.
