Admitted to the bar since 1995, initially in the law firm of Haarmann, Hemmelrath & Partners, Düsseldorf, since 1997 at Eisenführ Speiser, Hamburg, Partner since 2001.
Rainer Böhm’s main fields of activity are trademark law and the law of marks and signs, IT law, Internet/multimedia law, outsourcing, patent law/know-how law, advertising law and competition law. He has special expertise in the field of licensing law, including anti-trust law. His activities in the patent law field mainly pertain to international litigation, especially in the USA and India.

For 45 years, Eisenfuhr Speiser have been representing clients in matters relating to industrial property rights. A staff numbering two hundred, including approximately 40 patent attorneys and attorneys-at-law, enforce legal claims in the intellectual property field.
