Mr. Malgwi holds a Bachelors Degree in Law from the University of Maiduguri and a Masters Degree in Law from the University of Lagos. He is a Notary Public for the Federal Republic of Nigeria and a member of the Nigerian Bar Association; the International Bar Association; Member International Section of the American Bar Association and an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (AMNIM). He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1995.
