- Represented Huaxi Holdings Company Limited, as issuer, in its US$60 million listing of shares on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.
- Represented the joint bookrunners and joint lead managers in the US$5 billion listing of H-shares by Huishang Bank Corporation Limited on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.
- Represented China Success Finance Group Holdings Limited, as issuer, in its US$143 million listing of shares on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.
- Represented a group of investors in the acquisition of a stake in Yashili International Holdings Ltd., a company which produces infant dairy and soy milk products throughout China and is owned by China Megniu Dairy Co., the country’s largest dairy company. VITEL and other investors includng Temasek Holdings purchased 471.1 million shares in Yashili (13.24 percent stake) in a deal valued at US$213 million.

- Acted as counsel to the sponsor and underwriter in the US$57 million listing of shares by S. Culture International Holdings Limited, a retailer and distributor of footwear brands, on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.
- Represented Zebra Strategic Holdings Limited, a holding company whose subsidiaries are focused on staff outsourcing and other human resources functions, as issuer’s counsel in the listing of its shares on the GEM Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong for US$21 million.
- Represented the sponsor and underwriters to Sunley Holdings Limited, a contractor in the foundation industry and machinery leasing business in Hong Kong, in its US$9 million listing on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.
- Acted for the sponsor and the underwriters to China U-Ton Holdings Limited, a provider of deployment services of optical fibers in the People’s Republic of China, with an initial market capitalization of US$73 million, on the listing of its shares on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.
- Represented Oi Wah Pawnshop Credit Holdings Limited, a provider of short-term secured financing, including pawn loans and mortgage loans, as issuer's counsel, in the listing of its shares on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.
