Mr. Boehnen’s career has encompassed all aspects of intellectual property law, including patents, trademarks, unfair competition, franchising, and copyright. Since becoming a founding partner of his law firm, McDonnell Boehnen Hulbert & Berghoff, his work experience has tended to focus on litigation, dispute resolution, and counseling of sensitive patent matters. His litigation experience has covered a wide range of technologies, including biotech, pharmaceutics, diagnostics, telecommunications, industrial process controls, as well as injection molding and blow molding. His venues have included US District Courts in all parts of the County including Washington D.C., Delaware, Texas, and California, as well as Chicago; He has been involved in many notable and precedent-setting cases.
