Law Office of Yamina Kebir was established in 1982. We advise our clients on issues relating to Algerian laws and regulations We assist them in the negotiation and drafting of all types of contracts that a company is likely to enter into for carrying out its business in Algeria; We handle litigation in relation to domestic and cross-border disputes.

Our practice is aimed at providing legal consultancy to our mainly foreign clients and handling their litigation. Yamina Kebir handled commercial litigation before the French courts. Yamina Kebir has provided French law expert opinions in Paris and London arbitrations.

Yamina Kebir started her career at the International Labour Organisation (ILO).She thereafter joined the National Steel company of Algeria as in house counsel. She set up her own practice after being admitted to the Algiers Bar.
