Alatheer Audit and Consulting was founded in early 2008, It is a dynamic and proactive professional services firm harvested by local and international expertise. The well-seasoned management team sets a paradigm to the level of quality and experience attached with the delivered service as they possess significant experience in audit and advisory services with two of the big audit firms and major banks in the Kingdom of Bahrain, Sultanate of Oman, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the other GCC countries.

The team also includes specialists who have been actively involved in advising on new business ventures, devising complex financial models, valuations, preparing feasibility studies and business plans, raising project finance, conducting financial due diligence and providing inward investment advice to international investors to the region.
