Greg has taken a leading role in New Zealand’s leaky building litigation and Christchurch earthquake related work.
He has most recently been involved in resolving some of the largest claims ever seen in this country, which have arisen out of the Christchurch earthquakes. He has a proven ability to deal with complex claims and achieve resolution in high pressure situations.
Greg’s expertise in professional liability and disciplinary matters has resulted in him having a significant involvement as defence counsel for the veterinary profession for over 25 years; a recognition of his ability to gain and retain the confidence of professionals in high profile career related cases. Greg has been instructed in major Director’s liability cases. His practice has also focused on construction insurance risks; public and product liability, and health and disability cover.
