Mr. Kostadin Bogdanov has graduated at the Law Faculty Iustinianus Primus- Skopje, N. Macedonia.

Shortly after graduation, he completed his master studies (LLM) in Maastricht, the Netherlands, on European and Comparative Law.

Currently, Mr. Bogdanov is Doctorand on doctoral studies at the Iustinianus Primus Law Faculty, researching on the fair trail guaranties in administrative procedures before the administrative courts in N. Macedonia.

Shortly after completion of his master studies in Maastricht, the Netherlands, Mr. Bogdanov has started his professional career working as a Junior Associate for European Affairs and European Integration with the Office of the President of the Republic of North Macedonia, Mr. Boris Trajkovski.

In June 2004 Mr. Bogdanov joined the Macedonian Bar Chamber, the same year when he established Bogdanov and Bogdanov law office. By a decision of the Government of the Republic of Macedonia made in 2011, Mr. Kostadin Bogdanov was appointed as Government Agent before the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg, France.

Mr. Kostadin Bogdanov is a lecturer at the Academy for Training of Judges and Prosecutors of the Republic of Macedonia in the areas of International Law and Systems for Protection of Human Rights and Freedoms, which are designed to meet the needs of the Macedonian judges and prosecutors, within their initial and continuous training.

MR. Bogdanov has been appointed by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Macedonia to sit as a member of several task forces for amendment of the current legislation, including the Task Force on Amending the Criminal Proceedings Code, as well as the Task Force on Codification of the Civil Law.

Mr. Kostadin Bogdanov is author of many papers in the field of human rights protection in the domestic level system and before the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg, France.
