Adebayo Oyagbola is the Managing Partner of Oyagbola Chambers. He is a seasoned lawyer with more than 36 years of legal practice covering corporate and commercial transactions and advice, Capital Markets, Corporate Structuring, Corporate and Business Ethics, Intellectual Property, commercial litigation and has been involved in the modernisation and development of several fields of the law. He has worked in a large number of business sectors including Telecommunications, Finance, Banking, Insurance, Transportation, Agriculture and Real Property. Over the years, Adebayo has led Oyagbola Chambers to advice on several high-profile investment and securities transactions.

We offer diverse advisory and litigation services to many of the banks in Nigeria. Intellectual Property is a growth area especially in the protection of trademarks and marketing brands. We are well steeped in the laws and practices that govern these. Oil and Gas remain the largest earners of foreign exchange for Nigeria. However, investments in these areas need to be renewed and there is great scope for fresh investments. We provide guidance on the opportunities and regulations in these fields.

The focus of our practice is to help corporations and businesses achieve their goals and grow their endeavours. We have successfully advised on several significant corporate issues and other deals in the securities market. We have advised several key banks and other financial institutions on needed management and restructuring of their loan portfolios. We offer services for the recovery of large business debt.
