My expertise and experience is involved with various high-profile cases including: criminal case recently adjudicated relating to counterfeit trademark good in which Vietnam for the first time prosecuted criminal liability for corporation; civil court litigation; border IPR protection; administrative measure against trademark infringement. I am currently participating an ongoing defense to copyright infringement accusation before a Hochiminh city court claiming a record damage of nearly 2 million USD. I victoriously represented to recover domain name via the UDRP procedure.
