Sébastien Maury is a specialist in corporate tax law, international tax planning, transactions and restructurings (M & A), and transfer pricing. He advises companies and individuals on tax matters in his three working languages, German, French and English. Sébastien is a qualified tax expert with a law degree. He is an expert on the federal certified tax expert exams (written exams and diploma work).

Our clients can count on BianchiSchwald’s tax team to help them make important decisions and structure their projects. We strive to ensure stable solutions tailored to our clients’ needs that are aligned with the ethical standards and transparency requirements imposed by the new international tax environment. The tax team advises and represents Swiss and international clients on all matters related to direct and indirect taxes, customs duties and other levies. It acts for corporations and individuals, financial institutions, investors and investment vehicles, trusts, estates, and foundations. The tax team counts on an excellent working relationships with Swiss tax authorities at all levels and the expertise of the other practice groups of BianchiSchwald.

Before joining BianchiSchwald in 2019, he spent more than 15 years with the International Corporate Tax Team of a Big Four firm. As part of a two-year secondment to the United States, he had the opportunity to deepen his knowledge and experience in international business taxation.
