Professional career
Antonio has previously worked as a senior lawyer in law firms: BUFETE RIBALTA (today GARRIGUES) and ERNST & YOUNG Legal.
He has also worked as head of the corporate and commercial law areas of the companies DANONE and ALMIRALL PRODESFARMA.
Antonio is actually a member-vocal of the Bankruptcy Law Commission of the Bar Association of Barcelona.
Education
Law degree from the University of Barcelona, 1991.
Master for corporate executives and tax experts from the CEU Abad Oliba University, 1994.

Recognitions and teaching
He has been a professor of corporate and commercial law at the University of Barcelona and a business diploma school.
