Fabian Badtke heads the firm’s antitrust and competition group. He advises and represents national and international clients on all aspects of European and German antitrust law, including merger control and coordination of multi-jurisdictional filings, antitrust investigations, behavioural matters, antitrust litigation and compliance programmes. Fabian has particular industry know-how in the financial services, healthcare and life sciences, retail and media sectors.
