EU environmental law as relevant to nuclear facilities

Ana Stanič discussed EU environmental law as relevant to nuclear facilities at the 29th International Conference Nuclear Energy for New Europe – NENE2020 in Portorož, Slovenia. In particular, she discussed the best practices in conducting EIAs, the role of the Commission and why ensuring close co-operation between the lawyers and engineers is key to a successful EIA.
