CNPLaw LLP (“CNP”) is proud to announce that Ms Ge Xiaomeng and Ms Sharleen Eio have been appointed as partners of the firm effective 1 March 2021. These appointments bring the number of partners at CNP up to 21.
Xiaomeng’s practice encompasses corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate advisory. She has experience in a range of corporate transactions across various sectors, and actively advises clients on fundraising exercises, acquisitions and disposals, public takeovers, initial public offerings, delistings, restructurings, and listing compliance. She is proficient in Chinese and has a keen interest in Chinese music.
Xiaomeng says, “I am extremely grateful to the firm and all my colleagues for the guidance and support. I hope I can be a role model for the junior lawyers and will continue to deliver my best in every transaction.”
Sharleen has experience in a wide spectrum of legal advisory and disputes work, with a focus on civil and corporate commercial litigation. She has advised and represented a number of international companies and high net-worth individuals in complex cross-border disputes. Her experience also includes regulatory and investigatory work and employment law. A firm believer in giving back to the community, Sharleen has also worked with the Humanitarian Organisation for Migration Economics to advise and represent migrant workers on a pro bono basis.
