Sergio began his career at Firm B. Buigas, a multidisciplinary firm specializing acquisitions and divestitures. Sergio has given numerous lectures on various contests and legal matters, especially bankruptcy law, in institutions such as CEF, IFAES, Barcelona Activa, etc.
Professional experience
Sergio has been involved in major bankruptcy proceedings that have arisen in Barcelona, representing both the company itself and its creditor’s insolvency. His experience includes request of competition, both necessary and voluntary proposals Convention and viability plans, such acquisition of productive units, the qualification phase of the competition, bankruptcy reintegration actions, etc. Insolvency Manager is also enabled by the Barcelona Bar Association and appointed by the Courts of Barcelona.
Additionally, Sergio has received legal advice several processes refinancing and restructuring of debt prior to bankruptcy.
Moreover, Sergio credited extensive experience in the handling and management of legal proceedings in all civil and commercial matters.
