He also assists clients in complex litigations and arbitrations procedures also serving as arbitrator in both domestic and international arbitrations.
In detail, his activity encompasses
• Deal design and strategy: corporate structuring, establishment of new companies or local subsidiaries, merger or acquisitions of existing companies or lines of business, tax planning, assistance in the management of BoDs and shareholders’ meeting, drafting of minutes and structuring of proxies systems and of corporate templates.
• Business: assistance during business negotiations, drafting of MOUs, LoIs, contracts and negotiations thereof. Assistance in closings and supervision of execution and performance. Rendering of legal opinions. Implementation of contractual document templates.

• Disputes: assistance in ADR and arbitration proceedings, management of domestic litigations.
