Dr. Elke Demuth-Steiner provides both legal services and - in cooperation with partners - consulting services to its clients. Her law firm Demuth Legal Advisor is embedded within a network of law firms in other European countries especially Northern and South-East Europe. Her clients are primarily family owned enterprises, which are advised on cross-border business issues.
The law firm Demuth Legal Advisor has been set-up by Dr. Elke Demuth-Steiner in 2012. Before she worked several years as In-house legal counsel at the Benckiser Group and gained, inter alia, a wealth of experience in the fields of private clients, corporate legal issues, compliance and governance. Moreover, she has been working for various well-established Austrian and International law firms. At the Law School of Vienna University she graduated as a PhD on the topic of Squeeze-out. She has also been studying at the University of Bologna and working for Italian clients.
