Helen Farr, a former partner at Pinsent Masons, has left the firm to join Fox Williams.
Helen Farr, who has been a partner at Pinsents for a decade, has left the firm to join Fox Williams’ employment and partnerships team with a particular focus on the professional and financial services sectors.
Fox Williams has also added three associates recently to its employment, professional practices and corporate teams, including an employment lawyer from Pinsents and two associates from Allen & Overy.
Employment head Jane Mann said Farr’s expertise made her a “brilliant fit” for the firm and the hire would enable it to expand its contentious and non-contentious advice to financial and professional services clients.
Farr is Fox Williams’ first partner lateral for some time. More recently, the firm lost litigator Donna Goldsworthy to Cozen O’Connor’s London office and corporate finance partner James Channo to Locke Lord.
