German and English qualified lawyer Anne K. Hoffmann has relocated to Dubai where she has joined Al Tamimi & Company as Special Counsel in the arbitration department.
Anne regularly acts as counsel and arbitrator in commercial disputes arising under all major rules as well as in ad hoc proceedings. Moreover, Anne brings invaluable experience advising in investment treaty arbitration, having represented investors in disputes against various States, including the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Kazakhstan as well as in an ICSID revision proceeding.
Anne is a visiting lecturer at Humboldt University Berlin and regularly speaks and publishes on arbitration issues. She speaks English, German, French and Russian.

Anne joins the firm from Python & Peter in Geneva where she practiced for the last eight years, since 2011 as a partner. Before that, she practiced in London for five years. Anne graduated from Freie University ӓt Berlin and University College London where she gained her LL.M.
