Joseph is the Managing Partner of the Law Firm Joseph and Joseph Law Offices. He has obtained his degree in law from Bangalore University. Joseph thereafter pursued his masters in Law from the University of Queensland, Brisbane, Australia. He specialized in the field of Intellectual Property. Joseph had thereafter worked with one of the leading law firm in India for five years, in the capacity of a Senior Associate. During the said period he was responsible for all litigation matters in the High Court, MRTP, DRT and Consumer forums. He thereafter had set up the Intellectual Property practice of the firm in 2003, with a team of lawyers, before leaving the organization in the year, 2005. Thereafter he started his own firm which is a full service law firm advising clients on Corporate, Intellectual property, Foreign Direct Investment and Dispute Resolution matters. He has been appointed as Counsel to represent the Central Government of India in matters before the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi. He is also actively involved in giving back to society by his participation and support to an organization by the name of APOLK which concentrates on legal literacy and legal aid. He has also been giving legal advice to International trade council on various matters. He has also been very active in the Legal Golfing circles. He has been involved in the organization of an annual golf event which is played for the Justice (Retd.) B.N.Kirpal Trophy for the last six years.
