Anna is a Managing Partner of Fiduciana Trust (Cyprus) Limited. Prior to that Anna served as a Chief Executive Officer at IFG Trust (Cyprus) Limited, an international corporate and financial services company based in Cyprus, where she was responsible for the establishment and development of the company’s operations in Cyprus, development of corporate strategy, business vision and ensuring overall business growth. She advised on the strategy and implementation of several large corporate acquisitions of IFG. Prior to joining IFG Anna worked with a large corporate services provider firm as head of their corporate department.
Anna has 10 years of tax, compliance, trust corporate and fiduciary experience. She is proficient in dealing with all aspects of corporate law, including the incorporation, management and structuring of Cyprus and international corporate entities as well as advice, structuring and ongoing management of complex multijurisdictional trust structures. Anna studied International Law in the Institute of International Relations, Kyiv Taras Shevchenko University and continued her academic development in the UK, where she graduated from Keele University, with a dual Bachelor Degree in Law and International Politics. Following that, Anna completed the legal Practice Course (LPC) in Chester, UK. She is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and ITPA
