SLSL Law Firm was set up by Simone LAZZARINI in 2005.

The firm is based in Milan but operates all over Italy.

Our firm is specialized mainly in medical liability, focusing on acting for patients in both litigation and non-contentious matters.

We can draw on the expertise of a wide range of medical specialists through our extensive network.

We also specialize in enviromental law and public tenders.

I am a lawyer experienced in administrative and civil law, admitted to plead before the Supreme Court of Cassation.

In administrative law I deal mainly with the enviroment and public tenders.

In civil law my practice is principally oriented to medical liability, with a particular focus on the protection of the rights of the victims of infected blood transfusions.

I am a legal adviser to a number of patients’ associations and my Pro-Bono advisory work has included acting for members in claims before civil and administrative Courts and the ECHR.
