Christopher Lehane B.L. retired in July 2019 having served 42 years as an officer of the High Court, 22 years of which were in the Probate Office and 12 as Official Assignee in Bankruptcy.
He is practicing at the Bar of Ireland since October 2020 specializing in Probate law, Personal Insolvency Law and Mediation.
He is a qualified Barrister, Mediator and Project Manager.
He was Consultant in Probate Law in the Law Society of Ireland for 15 years and lecturer in Griffith College Dublin in Executorship law for ACCA and CPA students for 11 years.
He is a member of the Probate Bar Association.
