Gabriel Nadal is an attorney and ECIJA Barcelona’s Managing Partner. He is a partner of ECIJA Corporate, M&A, and Commercial Law areas. With more than 20 years of experience in Corporate and Business law, before joining ECIJA, he was Co-founder/Partner and Head of the Corporate and M&A practice at another leading Spanish law firm. He advises clients on issues related to: corporate finance; entrepreneurial & closely held businesses; mergers, acquisitions and divestitures; partnerships, joint-ventures and strategic alliances; and the acquisition & sale of financially distressed companies.
